Thumb Turn Cylinder Replacement on a Front Door

For this emergency service, Paragon was contacted by a client and advised that the front door to their store could not be opened from the inside. When on site, the technician assessed the overall door function and identified the right hand door thumb turn cylinder was defective. Additionally, an adjustment was needed on the saddle as well. The Technician supplied and installed a new thumb turn cylinder and manicured the saddled to ensure full mechanical potential.
