In this case, Paragon Security technicians responded to an emergency call to repair a lock and door at a commercial storage facility after a break-in. The door was broken into through forced entry using a crowbar. A Paragon technician performed an emergency repair, replacing the mortise lock, Mul-T-Lock cylinder, and the latch protector as a temporary repair. We later returned to install a permanent custom fireproof door and frame incorporating the hardware provided during the emergency repair.
