Case Study

In this project, Paragon Security door experts designed and installed new doors to modernize the lobby and entrance to a large residential apartment building on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. Work included removing existing aluminum and glass doors and installing new, custom, heavy-duty double doors and frames made of heavy-gauge aluminum. We supplied and installed two heavy-duty Arrow mortise lock sets, and an exterior-side safety “push to exit” cross bar. We also supplied and installed a heavy-duty electric strike, integrated it to the existing intercom and access control systems, and installed two heavy-duty door closers.
