Low Voltage Sales Associate
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join us as a Low Voltage Sales Associate. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and sales to contribute to our growth by assisting in generating new business and cultivating relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the low voltage sector, including architects, contractors, developers, and property managers.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other sale strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our low voltage solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and bids for low voltage projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and close sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide support to the sales team, including administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for technology and a basic understanding of low voltage systems, including security, audiovisual, networking, and telecommunications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
