New Front and Vestibule Set of Doors

SCOPE OF WORK

• Removed the complete aluminum and glass door section.
• Disposed of the old doors and glass.
• Fabricated and installed custom made heavy duty complete double doors and frames
• Frame to be heavy gauge Aluminum 4.5″ frame with 1/4″ tempered glass windows.
• Fabricated the doors and retrofitted with full length latch protectors.
• Supplied and installed 2 heavy duty piano hinges.
• Supplied and installed a heavy duty Arrow mortise lock set.
• Supplied and installed an exterior side safety push bar.
• Supplied and installed a heavy duty electric strike as well as connected it to the existing system.
• Supplied and installed 2 heavy duty door closers.
• Supplied and installed 2 sets of pull/push bar and handle.

PROPERTY INFORMATION

Location: Manhattan, East Harlem. A post-war residential rental building, contains 64 units and rises 9 stories, looked to upgrade their front doors.
