In this service request, Paragon Security was contacted to resolve an ongoing issue with a door knob. When residents attempted to leave their building, the interior knob on the front door would fall off before even beginning to turn. After troubleshooting the knob on site, our technician determined that the spindle needed to be replaced. The technician supplied and installed a new spindle on the front door and lubricated the existing cylinder and mechanism to ensure proper function. With our technician’s smart diagnosis and quick installation, we were able to keep the beautiful antique style door knob in place while making it function for all parties.
