Residential Vestibule Door Replacement

Scope of Work: 

In this project, Paragon Security was contacted to replace a vestibule door in a residential building. After an initial consultation and detailed measurements, our team furnished and installed a custom-made door with galvanized metal and a safety glass window. On the door, we installed a new Schlage lockset, a Folger Adams electric strike, and a LCN 4040 heavy-duty overhead door closer. After installation the door was painted in a vintage wine color to match the beauty and aesthetic of the building. Our installation offers residents and property managers of the building enhanced safety and security from intrusion.
