Full Security Upgrade for a Landmark Building

Scope of Work: 

In this project, the Paragon Security team was contacted to update the locks and security system at a residential building. Our custom security solution was designed with detailed care as it was integral that the building’s beauty and signature design was not compromised since the building is a registered landmark. Our locksmith removed the broken front door handles and replaced them with a Mul-T-Lock cylinder and Emtek front door lock set in gold to match the charm of the wooden door. Additionally, our team removed the existing intercom from inside the vestibule and installed our custom-designed security system including a brand new Comelit VIP video intercom system, Brivo access control readers, and Eagle Eye security cameras in common areas. Our security installations grant tenants and property managers the ability to manage building access with ease, ensuring long term and robust security while also keeping the same beautiful look synonymous with landmark buildings in New York City.
