Custom Low Voltage Installation for New Residential Complex

Scope of Work:

In this project, Paragon Security designed a custom low voltage system for a new residential complex. Our design was selected by the client who was looking for a robust security system with tenant safety in mind. Our comprehensive security design includes Dormakaba Saffire smart locks, Brivo access control, 2N Style intercoms, and Vivotek security cameras. Our plan also includes a variety of amenities for the building and its residents, such as Episode speakers in common spaces and Ubiquiti UniFi wi-fi throughout the building to enhance the guest experience. Through our cutting-edge design, this development is also equipped for the future with top-grade plenum wiring that allows for upgrades as technology continues to evolve.
