Integration Project for a Building Development Company

Scope of Work:

Intercom System:

Furnished and installed (1) ButterflyMX 12” touch screen surface mounted entry panel
Ran wires
Programmed the systems and provided training.

Access Control :

Furnished and installed Brivo OnAir 8 door controller in a wall mount lock box
Furnished and installed card readers on different doors
Furnished and installed (2Axis cameras on the Brivo OnAir platform, include a 64GB SD card for each camera for on-board video retention.
Ran wires for all devices using conduit as required.
Programmed the systems and provide training.

Security Cameras System:

Furnished and installed a 32CH Network Video Recorder with 16TB storage space. With remote viewing and remote management.
Furnished and installed (16) 3 mega pixel, 2.8mm/4mm, Day/Night, IR, network cameras.
Furnished and installed (1) elevator dome camera and data over coax converter
Ran new CAT6 wires for all cameras. Used conduit as required.
Programmed the system and provided training.
