Integration Project

Scope of Work:

Intercom System:

Furnished and installed an HES5200 electric strike, and an Adams Rite latch lock and peddle for the front door.
Furnished and installed (2) high security cylinders, keyed alike. One for the front door and one for the vestibule door.
Furnished and installed an ABB video intercom system with the following components:
(1) Entry panel, with camera, speaker, 4 call buttons, and blank module for card reader.
(1) Entry panel extension for USPS switch.
* The entry panel releases both front and vestibule doors.
(4) apartment hands free stations, with 4.3″ video monitor, two-way audio, door release, and chime.
(2) apartment hands free audio only station as an extension to the video station at the duplex apartments.
Ran wires to the vestibule door for door release.
Programmed the system and provided training.

Access Control:
Furnished and installed an HID reader, embedded in the ABB entry panel.
Furnished and installed Brivo door controller in the basement in a wall mounted lock box.
Programmed the system and provide training.

Security Cameras:
Furnished and installed EagleEye bridge and a 4port PoE switch in the basement in a wall mounted lock box.
Furnished and installed (2) 3mp, 2.8mm, IR, dome network cameras in the following locations:
– Front door outside, for street view.
– Lobby area for viewing package drop area and entry.
Programmed the system and provided training.

Burglar Alarm System:

Furnished and installed on the roof and in an apartment on the first floor:

Lyrics wireless alarm system with touch control pad wired to the IT closet in the apartment with local alarm.

Property Information:

Location: Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Residential building looking to for an innovative security solution and decided to trust Paragon Security & Locksmith to design a custom security integration project. This project included a new intercom system, alarms, access control and cameras. Paragon was fully able to take on the integration task and accommodate all the services needed.
