Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan is seldom out of trouble.  The young star is a notorious trouble maker with a history of violence, failed drug tests on failed probations, and lashing out at fans, to name but a few of her misadventures.

Li-Lo’s latest outrage happened at the Smoke and Mirrors club in The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood.  A woman has filed a report against Lohan, claiming some kind of physical altercation between them, which left the woman bruised.
Lohan’s reps have rushed to dismiss the claims, saying “Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever.  This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”.  In fact, they claimed that Lohan was actually cozily confined in her Hollywood home watching TV at the time of alleged altercation.  They even made the suggested allegation that the woman was merely trying to cash in on Lohan’s bad reputation, seeing her as an easy target for slander.

What Lindsay and her reps forgot, though, was that paparazzi photographers were present to document her actions. Master Gossiper, Perez Hilton, has recently revealed that the Nightclub’s security cameras have clearly depicted Lohan attending the club on the night of the alleged assault.

Law enforcement sources explain:
“Investigators obtained the surveillance video from the Smoke & Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel and it clearly shows that Lindsay was there on the night of the alleged assault.  The investigation is still ongoing and follow-up interviews will now be conducted as necessary.  Of course, investigators want to interview Lindsay about the incident, but she hasn’t been interviewed yet, nor is she under any obligation to do so.”
