SCOPE OF WORK:

Removed the complete aluminum and glass door section.
Disposed of the old doors and glass.

Fabricated and installed custom made heavy duty complete double doors and frames
Frame to be heavy gauge Aluminum 4.5″ frame with 1/4″ tempered glass windows.
Fabricated the doors and retrofitted with full length latch protectors.

Supplied and installed 2 heavy duty piano hinges.
Supplied and installed a heavy duty Arrow mortise lock set.
Supplied and installed an exterior side safety push bar.
Supplied and installed a heavy duty electric strike as well as connected it to the existing system.
Supplied and installed 2 heavy duty door closers.
Supplied and installed 2 sets of pull/push bar and handle.
