SCOPE OF WORK

A Paragon client reached out for help on their Latch intercom and camera that were having issues with outgoing audio and video. Our technician attempted to troubleshoot the panel to figure out what was causing the issue, ultimately finding that the intercom needed to be replaced due to microphone issues. Once the client received the new intercom panel from Latch, our team quickly dispatched to remove the defective unit and install the replacement. Once the unit was replaced, our team of expert technicians ensured the correct set up and functionality with the client to properly restore access.
