Iron Roof Rail for East Village Penthouse

SCOPE OF WORK:

Paragon Security and Locksmith, Inc. designed, fabricated, and installed this 25-foot iron roof rail for this East Village Penthouse to divide between the rooftop of the adjacent building, protecting the property from unauthorized access while preserving the expansive views of Lower Manhattan.

This custom made ironwork was specially designed for the location as part of a renovation of the penthouse and roof.

The roof rail features crescent-shaped extensions on each side of the fence for complete protection. It is powder-coated to provide protection from the weather and rust, as well as a classic, attractive finish.
