A longtime Paragon Security customer reached out to us as the front door lock to their apartment building was malfunctioning. The inside handle would not retract the latch, leaving issues with both entering and exiting. Our team dispatched quickly to evaluate the lock. Once on site, our technician discovered that the lock mechanism needed to be replaced. Utilizing the existing lock cylinder on a master key system, our technician replaced the damaged lock to resume secure access to the building.
