SCOPE OF WORK:

Furnished and installed an ABB video intercom system with the following components:
(1) Entry panel, with camera, speaker, 22 call buttons.
(22) apartment hands free stations, with 4.3″ video monitor, two-way audio, door release, and chime.
Utilize the wires from the old system.

Access Control System:
Furnished and installed CARSON entry station components and embed in the ABB panel.
Furnished and installed (5) 3mp, 2.8mm IR dome network cameras:
Ran new wires as required.
Programmed the systems and provided training.

Iron Work:

Furnished and installed (22) calamine apartment doors with hardware .
Furnished and installed (22) SmartAir mortise locks for the apartment doors
Furnished and installed heavy duty aluminum front entry door with all heavy duty hardware.
Furnished. wired, and installed (4) SmartAir wireless hubs.
Furnished wires and installed (3) SmartAir readers
Programmed the SmartAir system and provided training.
